Wayne's entry looks to be a profile super solution.  We can see it looks like the 40 inch model designed by Allen Brickhaus.  We can see a 3 line bell crank and 40 engine.  We will be interested in seeing his progress.

The details on my entry as follows: This model, Laird Super Solution, is a 40 inch profile model built from Flying Models plans. I received them the week they went belly up. It will be powered by an old model O.S. .40 S which is a full bearing engine equipped with and OS carb so I will have throttle control. I do plan to enter it into the club contest next year providing that I can fly without falling down. I am building it with as close to scale as I can with the club contest in mind. There is a lot of balsa dust in my shop and I love it.  Pictures to follow from my I pad.

It all framed up and ready for covering.  The woodwork looks awesome and wayne does a nice job with paint.

There is no kit for this model in control line form. I built it from Allan Brickhouse 's plans and an old article from Flying Models. If you are interested I can have copies made, You pay for the copies and shipping. Let me know.
