What are the best practices?
- Check your microphones and speaker before the meeting stats. 10 minutes of "can you hear me?" takes everyone's time.
- Please mute your system when not speaking. Background noise is distracting and the system cant tell between noise and speech.
- Everyone cannot talk at once. This is especially true in a on line meeting. Club officers run the meeting. Wait to be recolonized to talk.
- PC's work better. While this application runs on phones and tablets, your laptop to desktop makes it easier to use.
- if you must use your phone, or tablet. Download the jitsi app from the app store. There are apps for android and Apple.
- Use the Raise hand (lower left of screen) icon to get attention of the moderators.
- Use the text chat window to send a message to the group or an individual person.
