KidVenture Control Line Aviation: Celebrating 30 Years of FlightFor three decades, KidVenture has served as a premier hands-on aviation experience at EAA AirVenture in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. What began with local club members offering informal flights has grown into a massive volunteer effort that has provided over 25,000 flights to people of all ages.

Aircraft Specifications
- Design Name: Eagle One Trainer
- Wingspan: 30-1/4"
- Wing Area: 225 sq/in.
- Construction Material: .158" thick Coroplast (fluted polypropylene), the same material used for yard signs.
- Assembly: Parts are joined using high-strength hot melt glue along the entire length of the seams.
Essential Bill of Materials
- Power System: 2807 1300KV Brushless Motor with a compatible ESC and 3.5mm bullet connectors
- Battery: Specific high-performance battery packs (requires a separate charger and checker)
- Flight Control: 1/2-A Bellcrank, control horns, and a 1/16" music wire pushrod.
- Flight Timer: For the specific electronic timer used in our trainers, please contact Dave Siegler at [email protected].
- Hardware: 1/8" plywood motor mount and 3/32" plywood bellcrank platform.
- Handling: A 1/2-A control line handle and specialized flying lines.
